Homemade Tzatziki

  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 1/8 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Finely dice the cucumber and onion. Alternatively grate them if you don't like it too chunky.

  2. Mince the garlic and finely slice the mint.

  3. Throw all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir together.

  4. Serve in a bowl with your choice of crackers, veggie sticks or pita bread.
