Healthy Brownie Slice

Easy no-bake yumminess is what this Vegan Brownie Slice is! It’s a throw it all into the food processor kinda recipe, press it into a slice tin and pop it in the fridge. It’s super yum and healthy for when you need a choccy hit! Enjoy lovelies x

Vegan Brownie Slice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 handful flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high powered food processor and blitz for about 30 seconds or until the mixture comes together.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined brownie tin and sprinkle with some flaked almonds.
  3. Pop it in the fridge or freezer for an hour or so then slice it up and eat it up!
