Choc Chip Cookie Dough Balls

healthy treats in cup

Got a craving for a sweet treat and the word cookie dough just keeps coming into your head? These healthy choc chip cookie dough balls are the answer to your prayers! This is a clean version of the usual cookie dough (that’s filled with not-so-good ingredients!) made with almond meal, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla and cacao nibs for choc and crunch factor. They’re rolled into balls, but if you want to skip this step and just eat it with a spoon, we don’t judge. Super-yum on ice-cream too! They only take a couple of minutes to prepare and are so soft and melt in your mouth.. a serious crowd-pleaser!  We’ll leave the sharing up to you!
