Heavenly Hummus

I just LOVE hummus!! The best dip going around in my opinion. And this one is definitely heavenly hummus if I do say so! It goes with crackers, veggie sticks and even as a spread for sandwiches and wraps. It gives a good burst of protein too. It has such beautiful flavours, with tahini, lemon juice, EVOO and a kick of cumin. Hope you enjoy!

Heavenly Hummus

  • 1 400g tin chickpeas drained
  • 2 Tb extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tb tahini
  • 2 Tb lemon juice
  • 4 Tb water
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp cumin ground


  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz away!

  2. Serve straight away with veggie sticks or crackers, or spread onto your favourite wrap.

  3. Store in a container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
