I just LOVE hummus!! The best dip going around in my opinion. And this one is definitely heavenly hummus if I do say so! It goes with crackers, veggie sticks and even as a spread for sandwiches and wraps. It gives a good burst of protein too. It has such beautiful flavours, with tahini, lemon juice, EVOO and a kick of cumin. Hope you enjoy!
- 1 400g tin chickpeas drained
- 2 Tb extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tb tahini
- 2 Tb lemon juice
- 4 Tb water
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp cumin ground
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz away!
Serve straight away with veggie sticks or crackers, or spread onto your favourite wrap.
Store in a container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
