10-day fitness challenge roundup
You might have noticed we love a good challenge here at Free Spirited Sisters. It’s character building! Especially a fitness related one! So we’ve done a little round up of our 10-day Fitness Challenges and put them all in one place. They’re easy and convenient to fit into your day, you don’t need any equipment to do it and you can do it just about anywhere.
Most of the challenges are specific to an area of your body, like arms, legs or core. And there are a couple that target them all. Each one only takes 2-5 minutes each day for 10 days. You can focus on one or add a few together to get an all round workout each day. Just click on the link for each challenge and it will take you there. You can print out the challenge from there too.
Do it with a friend!
Why not try and get a friend on board and do it together? Accountable and fun! Put an alarm on your phone to remind you to do it. We find first thing in the morning works well so it’s all done and dusted before you jump into the day. But whatever works. Remember it’s only a few minutes a day.. you can totally do it!
Make a plan and stick to it for 10 days. You will notice a difference after you’re done and feel stronger than before. And most importantly, have some fun! Let us know how you go!
