Aside from it being one of the prettiest fruits going around, the pomegranates pack a punch when it comes to nutrition. There is something about that burst of juice as you bite into a pomegranate seed. And although the seeds can be a bit of a pain to remove, they are worth it. You can have this super-fruit as a juice or in a smoothie, add the seeds to a salad for a burst of flavour, or to muffins or scones.
