Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats Free Spirited SistersThis Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oat recipe is super-easy to put together. All you need is some mason jars and the delicious ingredients listed below. It’s breakfast meal prepping at it’s best! I often prepare one the night before for the next morning or load up and make five, one for each weekday. You can change out grated apple for sugar-free apple sauce and add a little pure maple syrup or rice-malt syrup for a bit of extra sweetness. The kids even put these together for themselves, which saves time in the morning and I’m happy knowing we’re all getting a good clean breakfast, made ahead of time. The recipe is for one jar so double, triple accordingly. In the cooler weather I like to warm them up a little.
