Crunchy Detox Salad with Tahini Dressing

  • 4 big handfuls baby spinach or kale or a mixture
  • 2 cups broccoli florets chopped
  • 1/4 red cabbage sliced thinly
  • 2 large carrots grated
  • 1/4 spanish onion sliced thinly
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped

Tahini Dressing

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp honey or more to taste
  • 4 Tbsp water


  1. Place all of the prepared salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.

  2. Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a jug. Add more water to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and enjoy!
