Mango Coconut Smoothie Pops Free Spirited SistersAs the weather is warming up here in Australia, there is nothing better than grabbing a nice cold smoothie pop out of the freezer to cool you down (you thought I was going to say beer then didn’t you?!). These Mango Coconut Smoothie Pops are the perfect tropical treat. Whizz them up and pop them into ice-cream moulds for a healthy, cooling treat for little and big kids alike!

Mango Coconut Smoothie Pops

  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup coconut milk from carton
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut


  1. Place frozen mango, coconut milk and maple syrup into blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Sprinkle shredded coconut among the ice-cream moulds.

  4. Pour the blended mixture into the moulds until just below the fill line.

  5. Add the pop-sticks and place in the freezer to set (at least 6 hours).

  6. Remove the smoothie pops from the moulds and slurp away!
