- 1 cup milk of choice
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 4 Tbsp raw cacao
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp maca powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 180/350 degrees.
Grease or line loaf tin.
Mash 4 ripe bananas in medium-sized bowl.
Add 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp hemp seeds, 1/4 cup coconut oil and 1 tsp vanilla and stir to combine.
Combine 2 cups wholemeal self-raising flour and 1 Tbsp cinnamon in large bowl and make a well in the centre.
Add wet mix to dry mix and stir to combine.
Pour into tin and bake for 50 minutes.
Wash large bowl for later step.
Get your jug and add 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup maple syrup and 2 Tbsp raw cacao.
Melt in the microwave for 40 seconds and stir until smooth.
Pour into chocolate mould or ice tray and place in the freezer. Wash your jug.
In your clean jug, place 1 cup almond butter and 1/2 cup maple syrup and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Meanwhile add 3 cups oats to your clean, large bowl.
Add jug mixture to oats and stir to combine, making sure the oats are all covered.
Press mixture into lined brownie tin, cover and place in the fridge.
To your food processor, add 1 cup cashews and blitz.
Add 2 Tbsp raw cacao, 1 Tbsp maca powder, 1 cup dates and 2 Tbsp almond butter. Blend on high speed until it starts to come together.
Roll mixture into 12 bliss balls and place in a container in the fridge.
Heat 2 Tbsp coconut oil in large pot. Place 3 kernels in the oil and wait until they pop.
Add 1/2 cup kernels to oil and cover with lid.
Once you hear popping, watch the pot and gently shake every now and again to make sure they don't stick. Keep going until you don't hear anymore popping. Remove from heat.
Pour into a container and add salt to your liking.
By this time, the Hemp Seed Banana Bread should be ready, so remove from the oven and check it is cooked through. Leave to cool then cut into 10 pieces.
