Hemp Seed Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 very ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180/350 degrees.

  2. Combine flour and cinnamon in a large bowl and make a well in the centre.

  3. Mash bananas in a medium-sized bowl.


  4. Add milk, hemp seeds, eggs, coconut oil and vanilla, and stir to combine.

  5. Add wet mix to dry mix and stir to combine.

  6. Pour into a greased/lined loaf tin.

  7. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes or until cooked through.
